Sue Fry

Sue is a self employed coach and business adviser who likes to work with forward thinking social enterprises and voluntary and community organisations and small business and take them to the next stage.

Sue coaches leaders to develop their potential and effectiveness in a non-judgmental environment which increases awareness of how they can improve and develop professionally.

She has practical experience of organisation development at a senior level, built up over many years in the social sector in a wide variety of roles with and a range of responsibilities.

Sue has and MSc in leadership and management, ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching, and is SFEDI accredited.

Sue has worked with teams and organisations to develop, improve systems and performance, and implement change. She is well versed in Full Cost Recovery budgeting and has worked with a range of organisations, from those with 6 funding streams and turnover of £100,000 to an organisation with 40 funding streams and around £3 million turnover, to implement systems which can help with an organisations confidence in presenting their costs to funders and purchasers of services. She also has experience in successful preparation for assessments against a quality standard, and developing strategic, business, operational and project plans.

Sue is an experienced trainer and facilitator and has excellent communications skills and the ability to develop trusted relationships with both clients and suppliers, and facilitate and build partnerships and networks. Sue has worked with regional and national agencies, to deliver projects and facilitate partnerships to work productively together, using an adaptable, creative and consultative approach.

Sue has also been elected to Chair the Partnership for Social Enterprise in Worcestershire, Shropshire and Herefordshire.
