Our Team - Sharon Kidson

Sharon has worked for over ten years helping to transform personal performance and relationships between people from the very top of organisations downwards. She is a consultant, trainer and coach working at a local and national level.

As a SFEDI accredited self-employed business advisor for Business Link she has helped support and develop a wide range of businesses, including fast growth, those diversifying and those starting up. She has completed training and development for specialised work with family businesses having taken an active role within one. She spent 5 years delivering Business Skills seminars on a wide range of topics to organisations in their first 18 months of trading.

Sharon is a Work/Life Balance practitioner, an accredited business adviser assessor and accredited mediator working with a mediation panel.

Sharon is co-author of ‘Pylgrim’s Progress – How to be a Winner in the Global Knowledge Economy’ and has written a five day pack of exercises, activities and games for the Education and Business Partnership to enhance delivery of enterprise within schools.
