Our Team - Margaret Gray
Margaret has over thirty years experience in business in both the private and public sector.
The last twenty years have been spent working in Economic Development. Margaret was Youth Enterprise Officer for the former Herefordshire and Worcestershire County Council and worked with Shell Livewire and the Princes Trust. She is very interested in helping young people set up in business and continues to work as a volunteer with the Princes Trust.
Businesses owned and run by women make an invaluable contribution to the local economy and Margaret works with local networks to maximise the opportunities for women in business.
As she is from a rural background, Margaret is particularly aware of the challenges facing the rural economy; rural areas contain pockets of need which require a specific and imaginative response.
Margaret is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
