Our Team - Jo Smith
Jo lives on the outskirts of Worcester City Centre with her husband Sam and two children. Her background is in recruitment having worked for a number of years as a senior consultant with an Accountancy Recruitment Agency.
She joined Midwest Rural in 1998 to co-ordinate and manage the volunteer mentor programme and has also taken on the role of Quality Manager for the ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Standard.
Jo's previous experience gained within Quality Management & Audits, working as a PA and most recently as a Senior Recruitment Consultant means she can support the team and focus on key aspects essential to the smooth running and efficiency of the business.
